Bio for Dustin Wunderlich of “Dustin’s Fishtanks”
Dustin has been into aquariums for over twenty years. He started at the age of 14 and spent every time he made on his paper route, buying stuff for his aquarium. He recalls spending so much time at the Findlay OH “Pet Supplies Plus” that he got hired the day he turned 16. Dustin has had aquariums almost non-stop since with the exception when he traveled abroad to Germany. Dustin now runs the Largest Aquarium YouTube.com Channel in the United States, “Dustin’s Fishtanks” Each and every Sunday for the past 5 years Dustin has put out his “Species Sunday” videos. His YouTube channel now has over 47,000 subscribers and 10 million views. www.dustinsfishtanks.com

He specializes in making the planted aquarium easy. In his back yard he has a 12x 24 foot greenhouse which has 4, 125s, 3 75s a 90 and a few random “experimental” 10 gallons. He also sells aquarium plants and supplies on Dustinsfishtanks.com

Dustin has been fish collecting in Peru twice, once on the Napo River and once on the Nanay River with Margarita Tours. He would go to the Amazon once a year if he could.

When he isn’t playing in his greenhouse or aquariums, Dustin enjoys being outside as many hours of the day as he can be. He enjoys spending about one day a month hiking the Red River Gorge which is close to him in Lexington KY. He enjoys traveling to new places and enjoys snowboarding and fishing a couple of times a year. Dustin also has a wife and two girls who are 5 and 4, both of whom enjoy the many aquariums and the project with him.
